THE STUDIO Main Platform - as seen from the front entrance. 1979. During the period of several years, between construction of this studio, and construction of the house, the poles torqued and consequently the outside posts on top of the platform were cut, leaving on ly the four main supports for the roof and the skylight. Pictured here is the layout of the walls on the platform, the constuction of the main steps, and loading dock. The skylight rests on the loading dock area. I really was torn to leave it as is in all its simplicity, but because of the studio needs I had to close it in. It was a great hovering plane, and the feeling was surreal, especially in a full moon.
